Privacy Policy for Smart Tap NFC Writer

Smart Tap NFC Writer ("the App") is operated by SmartTap ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we handle your information.

  • Profile data: First name, last name, job title, company name, and email address stored in your SmartTap profile
  • Profile photo: Avatar image if uploaded to your profile

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To display your profiles for writing to NFC tags
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties

4. NFC Usage
The App uses your device's NFC hardware solely to write your profile URL to SmartTap NFC cards. No NFC data is transmitted to our servers.

5. Data Storage
Your account and profile data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure. Session tokens are stored locally on your device using encrypted storage.

6. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us.

7. Children's Privacy
This App is not intended for users under 13 years of age.
