Smart Tap is committed to delivering products in excellent condition to the address provided by the customer during checkout. To ensure smooth delivery, we recommend providing an address where the order can be received during normal business hours.
1. SHIPPING

Smart Tap ships Australia-wide.

Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). For security reasons, Smart Tap does not ship to post office boxes or military bases, nor do we accept orders if the recipient or address cannot be identified.
2. SHIPPING COSTS

Smart Tap offers free shipping on orders over $50.

Occasionally, special offers and promotions may provide additional shipping benefits. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when applicable.
3. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Handling Time: Up to 2 weeks for custom-made items before shipping.

Order Processing: 2 - 3 business days (after handling time).
Order processing occurs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM AEST. Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays. Processing times may extend during peak periods, holidays, or promotions.
Note: Processing times refer to preparing your order for shipping and are separate from the shipping time.
4. SHIPPING TIMES

Important: Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on delivery location and carrier service availability.
5. SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Use this number to track your shipment. Smart Tap is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier or reach out to us for assistance.
6. DELAYS
Smart Tap is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by natural events or circumstances beyond our control, such as courier service disruptions. Shipping times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
7. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery or if the package cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
Smart Tap is not responsible for packages lost or undelivered due to incorrect, inaccurate, or outdated delivery addresses provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is correct before completing checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply, or a refund may be issued minus the cost of delivery.
9. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
We recommend providing a secure delivery address, such as your home or workplace. Smart Tap is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery locations.
10. SHIPPING COMPLETION
Delivery is considered complete once the product is made available to the buyer, as confirmed by the tracking information provided by the courier company when the status of the order is marked "completed" or "delivered."
